Junior Business Developer (internship)

In charge of selling the Livejourney solution to French and international clients, you will be involved from the definition of targets to the presentation of the solution.

Main missions

  1. Define qualified prospecting lists adapted to the different customer profiles
  2. Prospecting via the different channels (Mail, LinkedIn, Phone)
  3. Create new commercial supports
  4. Carry out Livejourney sales demos
  5. Participate in the continuous improvement of the commercial strategy
  6. Activity reporting

Profile

Fluent in French, you are in your last year of business school or equivalent, you are looking for a 6 month internship during which you will be a driving force.

You want to discover the start-up environment, the sale of SaaS solutions and an innovative technology, Process Mining.

Previous experience in sales is a plus.

Start date: ASAP / January 2022

Data Project Manager

In charge of the deployment of the Livejourney solution with French and international clients, from the onboarding phase to the end of the program.

Main missions

  1. Guiding and advising the client in order to allow a good integration of the Livejourney solution in its business & IT environment
  2. Provide technical support, training and animation of the program to users of the Livejourney solution
  3. Conduct a review with the client to help them analyze and understand the impact of the program and explore the possibilities of extending the program

Additional missions

  • Manage, frame and monitor the project portfolio, exploring upsell opportunities in particular
  • Organize and follow up on planning: meetings, kick-offs, follow-up meetings, arbitration…
  • Functionally lead the technical teams
  • Report project activity: progress, Gantt, Copil, deliverables…
